Fresh ginger and lime are the proposed starting points: ginger warmth up front, lime cutting through, and a lively finish. The final balance, sweetness and still or sparkling presentation will be settled with the recipe.

This is the brighter side of the collection. Warm gold in the bottle, green citrus beside it, and the sharp meeting of two flavours that do not need to hide behind a long list of extras.
